Dr. Eduard Gutgarts been practicing dentistry in Southern California for more than 25 years. He earned his doctoral degree in dental medicine (D.D.S.) from New Yurk, NY after which he returned to California to obtain his California dental license. Dr. Eduard Gutgarts opened his dental office with the intent of providing his patients a relaxing, comfortable environment with the most effective and up-to-date technology available.
